Because the Hematology/Oncology tab includes the major multispecialty journals as well as those focused on oncology, a generic search term may turn up many results that have nothing to do with cancer. Someone who searched last week on fatigue management scrolled past results about multiple sclerosis, rheumatic disease, end-stage renal disease, even colds and flu.
The solution is quick and simple: Even though you're already in the correct tab, add "cancer" to the query. We also put "fatigue management" in quotation marks to target the search ("fatigue management" cancer).
